Summary

We're looking for a Technical Administrator to join our team based in Hinkley Point C, based in Bridgwater, Somerset.



Location: Somerset, Bridgwater - hybrid working is available for this role.

Contract: Full time - Permanent - flexible start and end working times can be discussed



Responsibilities

As a Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the payroll team, assisting them in meeting the demands of our increasing workforce.

Your day to day will include:

-To manage the data entry for hourly paid employees. This includes verifying the hours worked, as needed.

-To calculate wages, bonuses, bus and travel payments, while also calculating pay rises, shift payments, and overtime compensation.

-To generate attendance and absence reports, collaborating with HR for employee data maintenance.

-You will be able to work to tight deadlines and effectively able to communicate with Commercial Management, Works Supervisors and Hourly Paid Team Members.



What are we looking for?

This role of Technical Administrator is great for you if:

-You have GCSEs in Maths & English.

-You have good knowledge of Excel or Microsoft Office product suite

-You'll be familiar with payroll procedures.

-Experience on attendance software and Oracle Payroll systems, would be ideal, but training will be provided.
