- Position: School Administrator
- Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am - 4pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm. Term time only, 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors; coordinate EHCP annual reviews; oversee staff cover; manage admissions and census reporting; provide general administrative support. This role is key to providing vital support to students, staff, and families, helping to maintain a welcoming environment and efficient administrative systems.
Qualifications
Experience in school administration or as a receptionist (special educational needs setting preferred). Strong organisational and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and school management software; experience with EHCP coordination and school census reporting desirable; ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent required.
