What You'll Be DoingStep into a role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with a Project Director to shape projects from concept to completion-bringing bold ideas to life while ensuring they meet the highest standards in design, compliance, and sustainability.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Crafting innovative design concepts aligned with the RIBA Plan of Work
- Preparing planning applications, building regulations, and safety submissions
- Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Attending design reviews and coordination workshops
- Supporting risk management and document control processes
What You'll Bring
You're not just technically skilled-you're a creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for great design.
We're looking for someone who is:
- ARB registered with a strong design and technical portfolio
- Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital tools
- A confident communicator with excellent visualisation skills
- Commercially aware and knowledgeable in UK construction law
- Experienced with platforms like Newforma (a plus!)
