What You'll Be Doing:
- ✏️ Creating and delivering tailored EHCPs for students with special educational needs
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external specialists
- Fostering an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment
- Monitoring and adapting teaching strategies to support student progress
✅ What We're Looking For:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Experience working with SEN students
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable teaching style
