Location: London

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Are you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor and Analyst seeking a challenging permanent role in London?

Randstad is offering an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team. This role involves working on prestigious, high-spec commercial properties across London, including iconic locations like South Bank and the Houses of Parliament.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 4-stage clearances and Certificates of Reoccupation.
  • Comprehensive air testing.
  • Asbestos surveys on high-spec commercial properties.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Essential: P403 & P404 qualified (3+ years' experience).
  • P402 (surveying) qualified (2+ years' experience).
  • P405 qualified or willing to obtain.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach.
