Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Intake and Stock Control Operative to join our small, dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking incoming deliveries and carrying out stock control tasks to support the smooth operation of our site.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately receive and check deliveries
Report and record any discrepancies or damaged goods
Maintain up-to-date stock records and assist with stock takes
Ensure proper stock rotation and safe storage
Support intake operations and general warehouse duties
Follow site procedures for traceability and stock handling
Assist with other duties as required to meet the needs of the business
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar intake or stock role is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential – we are a small team and rely on each other daily
A flexible and proactive attitude towards work
Additional Information:
This is a temporary position with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent for the right candidate. Full training will be provided.
