About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Social Worker to join our Kinship Team (formerly the Connected Carers Team), part of our Outstanding-rated Fostering Service.
You’ll need at least one year of post-qualifying experience and a commitment to child-centred, respectful, and transparent practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Viability and kinship carer assessments
Supporting kinship carers
Special Guardianship Order (SGO) assessments and post-order support
