Vacancy – Operations Administrator

We are looking for an Operations Administrator to perform a key client facing administrative role for the business, which at its core provides a luxury client experience for a discerning network of private clients.

Operations are at the heart of the business with three sites across the beautiful Cotswold town of Tetbury. With a busy delivery schedule.

Bringing a background in administration and with an unerring eye for detail, you will join our dedicated Operations team, ensuring clients receive professional, timely and accurate information on the status of their order prior to its delivery or collection.

Our Operations Administrator will possess:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident telephone and email etiquette
• Superior organisational skills
• A high standard of written and spoken English
• Great multi-tasking skills
• Aptitude to be part of a flexible and supportive team
Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
• Provide an outstanding level of customer service to our clients
• Calendar management
• Booking in deliveries with our clients
• Process all delivery related administration to include quotations, storage and returns where applicable
About You:

• You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrative role using Microsoft Office and have an excellent level of written and spoken English.
• You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service or client facing role.
• You will be highly organised and have experience of calendar administration and booking appointments or scheduling tasks.
• You will enjoy working as part of a team and thrive on building positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and our dealers alike.
