Summary
Job Duties:
Planning, organising and coordinating the day-to-day running of the property management company; Hiring and supervising staff/contractors to carry out maintenance work; Obtaining competitive quotations and instructing contractors; Overseeing the maintenance work; Checking completed work for compliance; Conducting regular inspections to ensure that properties comply with safety and maintenance standards; Keeping detailed financial and other records up to date; Overseeing advertising and marketing materials; Communicating and meeting regularly with the managing director to discuss day to day running of the business; Investigating and resolving complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
QUALIFICATION: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent or above
SKILLS:
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers effectively.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours as per business needs.
• Requires knowledge on how to effectively manage property and relevant regulations that must be complied with
• Be able to market properties and attract a customer base
• Must have excellent administrative skills including attention to detail
EXPERIENCE
Prospective employee should have previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within the real estates sector.
