Feltham and Bedfont PCN (FAB) are looking for a PCN Project Manager for a 12 month maternity leave on a fixed term or secondment basis, to deliver on a wide range of business, data submission, transformation and improvement initiatives across the PCN.

The postholder will be instrumental in progressing the PCN’s development plan. This role will work with member practices to break down challenges to implementation across the patient population.

Work as part of a team to provide day-to-day management support to the PCN Clinical Director and PCN.



Work closely with PCN Clinical Directors, Senior PCN Development Manager and practices to support network implementation of any service change, contract, pathways, and quality improvement whilst acting as the point of contact for member practices.

Have direct responsibility for a number of projects, for the full lifecycle from initiation to project closure, taking a lead role in high priority projects.
