Summary
We are recruiting a Production Operative in Rugby, CV21 with immediate start.
Temporary to permanent position
Pay Rate: £12.52 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:00pm | Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently pack products to meet quality and productivity standards
• Assist with light production and assembly tasks as required
• Support general warehouse duties, including organisation and stock movement
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
• Follow instructions to ensure consistent quality and output
What We’re Looking For:
• A good eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow set processes.
• Previous experience in a production environment is required.
• Forklift licence is advantageous, though not required.
