Summary
Are you an experienced educator or industry professional ready to make an impact in further education? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded South London college seeking a Business and Accounting Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching and inspire the next generation of professionals.
This role is available on either a permanent or temporary basis - ideal for someone seeking flexibility or a long-term opportunity.
Your Role Will Include:-
Delivering engaging lessons across Business and Accounting subjects at various levels (e.g., BTEC, AAT, A-Level, or Access).

Designing course materials and assessments in line with curriculum requirements.

Supporting, mentoring, and tracking student progress to ensure academic success.

Contributing to curriculum planning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

A degree in Business, Accounting, or a closely related field.

A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent), or willingness to work towards one.

Previous teaching or training experience in a further education or similar setting.

Industry experience in business, finance, or accounting (desirable).

A passion for education, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication.
