Summary

Support Worker - Female

Location: Ossett

Part Time: 25 to 30hrs a week, rolling rota

Pay £12.31ph

Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for making a difference? If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

We are looking for a Female support worker on a part time basis to join our established team to support a lady along side another staff member. You will be supporting her to live a safe, fulfilled life, seeing family and friends, attending drama and craft groups, going on holidays, going to cinema.

What will I be doing?

- Promote and support to maintain independence

- Prompting Personal Care, supporting when needed

- Moving and Assisting, use of wheelchair and supporting around PEG - we train all staff in these areas!

- Supporting with Medication

- Supporting to maintain her home, cooking, cleaning and laundry

It would be a rolling working - 24/7 support plus sleep shifts, two out of 4 weekends
Shift starts at 9am - 10pm + sleep in followed by 7am - 9am

We're looking for people with flexibility to work on a rolling rota basis that includes weekdays and weekends.

Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to allow a healthy work life balance- something we're passionate about!
