Crynodeb
You will be based in our Bradford centre to working with the Children's Services Manager and the team to ensure the Study Programme and apprenticeship provision is delivered to the highest standard, through the management of staff and resources and the co-ordination of activities.
The focus of this role will be:
Management of learner recruitment, retention and progression to meet contractual requirements and maximise service income
Target setting and action-planning in relation to learner ratios, programme deliver and learner recording for Study Programme
Management of change within programme reflecting new qualifications and learning standards and learning objectives.
Multi-agency information and co-ordination
Curriculum development
As our ideal candidate you will have the following:
Education/Knowledge
Hold a minimum of a Level 3 Management qualification, or happy to work towards this qualification (E)
Active personal commitment to Continuing Professional Development
Hold a minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Qualification (E)
Hold a Quality Assurance qualification, i.e. Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance (D)
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience working within an education environment, either teaching or previously managing a service ( E )
Been part of an Ofsted Inspection ( E )
Evidence of supporting young people who SEND needs/hold Educational Health Care Plans ( E )
Safeguarding experience ( E )
