Summary
Kilnbridge - one of the UK's leading civil engineering and construction specialists are seeking skilled Stikers/ Carpenter Labourers to join our team. The striker will be responsible for assisting the carpenters with measurements and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Kilnbridge are looking for a reliable and hardworking Striker/Carpenter Labourer to join our project team in Mayfair.
Days: Mon-Fri (occasional Saturday work)
Hours: 10 hours paid per day
The Striker/Carpenter will be expected to:
Assisting carpenters with day-to-day tasks on-site
Preparing and maintaining tools, materials, and work areas
Striking formwork and assisting with shuttering and framework removal
Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Following health and safety procedures at all times.
Supporting the team with general labouring duties as required.
The Striker/ Carpenter Labourer will be required to have the following qualifications.
NVQ Level 2/ Green CSCS Labourers card.
IPAF
Proven experience in striking.
The Striker will need to use a range of hand tools.
Good understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
Basic understanding of drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
