Summary

Chef Manager - Bracknell
Salary: £34,702 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 15:30

At this busy site you’ll be the Chef Manager steering the catering service making sure every breakfast lunch and dinner service is spot on for 240 hungry customers

  • Keep all Health and Safety and Food Safety Management Systems running smoothly

  • Maintain daily bookwork because every detail counts

  • Lead a small but mighty team of two direct reports with your brilliant management skills

  • Bring your culinary know how and management experience to a site that values quality and consistency

Who you are

  • A seasoned Chef Manager or Unit Manager with solid experience this is your secret ingredient

  • Confident with catering systems and kitchen logistics

  • Reliable with your own transport or local enough to get here easily

  • Passionate about creating food experiences that keep people coming back for more
