Summary
HGV C DRIVERS - ONGOING WORK - IMMEDIATE START.
Your daily duties will include:
- Loading and unloading the vehicle in designated areas.
- Collecting and delivering items.
- Loading and emptying OPD lockers.
- Exchanging dust control mats as indicated in the documentation.
- Completing all necessary paperwork.
- Establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
- Assisting the transport manager in covering routes for any absent drivers.
We ask that applicants for this role meet the following criteria:
• Have a valid driver CPC qualification and a clean driving licence.
• No DD/DR/DI endorsements.
• At least 6 months experience.
This is a temporary role with the opportunity to be permanent for the right candidate.
This role offers Monday to Friday with start times between 03:00 and 06:00 for your first 2 weeks before you are given your set routes.
After that, you will work a minimum of 39 hours a week, with overtime if required, paid at a very impressive hourly rate.
This position offers pay rates of £14.50.
