We're seeking an additional exceptional Stores Supervisor to join our dynamic engineering team. With over 20 years of expertise in designing and manufacturing batteries from our base in Thurso, Scotland, we proudly serve blue chip customers in defence, security, aerospace, oil and gas, and renewables markets. We are entering a new phase of growth and we need exceptional talent to grow alongside us.


Key functions:
As a Stores Supervisor at Denchi Power, you will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will organise and maintain inventory and the stores area, ensure accuracy with shipments’, communicate job expectations and coach employees, and confer and coordinate activities with other departments.


Essential Skills and Experience:
• Strong interpersonal and team working skills
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to manage a large and varied workload, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated
• Microsoft office fluency
• Time management skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving


Desirable Skills and Experience:
· Proven work experience as a supervisor
· Proven work experience in a warehouse environment.
· Booking goods
· Picking / Kitting (Experience with MRP systems)
· Shipping (Dangerous Goods Experience) – training available to the right candidate
· Forklift qualified – training available to the right candidate
· Educated to degree level in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.


In addition, excellent written and verbal communication, and organisational skills are a must for this role.
Full time hours of work Monday-Friday 7am – 3pm
