Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The role:You'll lead a group of 8-10 children with a high adult-child ratio.
You'll plan creative, personalised learning experiences that engage children who may be reluctant or disaffected.
You'll work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including therapists, learning mentors and parents.
You'll model calm, consistent attuned interactions - especially when children are dysregulated.
You'll receive regular clinical supervision, CPD and coaching to support your own development.
We're looking for someone who:
Is qualified and ideally has experience in primary, SEN or SEMH settings.
Has emotional resilience, self-awareness and a sense of humour.
Believes in unconditional positive regard and knows that challenging behaviour is communication.
Thrives in a collaborative, reflective team culture.
Wants to make a difference to children who need it most.

We are looking to appoint for September 2025 and so will be interviewing over the summer break and towards the end of July if possible.
