Acer HealthCare Richmond and Twickenham is a newly established, CQC-registered domiciliary care provider delivering outstanding, person-centred care to people in their homes. With over 15 years of experience behind our leadership, we are focused on building a reliable, compassionate, and locally respected service.

We are now seeking a proactive Registered Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend and become permanent. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a growing service and make a lasting impact in the community.
What We Offer

✅ Office based in Hounslow, covering Richmond, Twickenham, and Hounslow
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily operations of the domiciliary care service
• Ensure full CQC compliance and quality service delivery
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise care staff
• Support new starter induction and ongoing refresher training
• Step in to deliver hands-on care when needed, especially in emergencies or short staffing
• Manage scheduling, care planning, audits, and safeguarding processes
• Help grow the business by supporting with new client assessments and care onboarding
Essential Requirements
✅ Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care
✅ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
✅ Strong understanding of CQC KLOEs and care compliance
✅ Hands-on, flexible, and willing to support with care delivery
✅ Excellent team leadership and communication skills
✅ Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
