Our client is a leading provider of electronic assembly and sub-assembly. With a wide product range and strong reputation within the industry, the business has showed continued growth and success over the years. They have created a new role within the SMT team to take on management responsabilities and oversee production and are looking for driven, hungry individuals to apply.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 4 across the Surface Mount Technology team
- Oversee two production lines
- Manage work flow, material flow, and day to day activities of the team
- Monitor and report performance to senior management
- Be hands-on and solve problems when they arise
- Train and upskill the staff when needed
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a team leader, supervisor or management is essential
- Knowledge of Surface Mount Technology and experience in Electronics
- Drive and ambition to grow with the business
