Summary
As a Patient Pathway Administrator, you will be an integral part of a high-performing administrative team committed to delivering excellence in patient care. With the appointment of two new consultants, the service is undergoing expansion, and this post has been created to ensure continued high standards and resilience within our operations. You will have proven experience in a busy administrative setting, with strong proficiency in MS Office and medical audio typing. Your typing competence will need to be evidenced in your application and at interview to be able to proceed with your application. A typing test will be conducted for assessment of transcription speed and accuracy. You will demonstrate initiative, effective time management, and the ability to respond flexibly to changing service needs. Experience with NHS systems such as Medway PAS and an understanding of outpatient workflows will be advantageous. This is a dynamic role requiring excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and offers the opportunity to contribute to an evolving, ambitious service at the forefront of vascular care in the East Midlands.
