Summary
Pastoral and Attendance Administrator
Salary: £25,992.00 to £27,711.00 pro-rata (NJC Grade D)
£13.47 to £14.36
Hours: 1420.8 hours per annum (37 hours per week)
8am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm Friday with a 30-minute lunchbreak
Term time only, plus 2 non-pupil days
We are seeking to appoint a flexible, proactive, and resourceful person to join our team at GTS. The successful candidate will be responsible for pastoral administration and attendance data entry into our MIS system. They will also provide PA support to our Assistant Headteacher (Pastoral) and work as a member of our wider admin team, based in the data office, and supporting them with their day-to-day functions.
The successful applicant should have a good eye for detail and be secure in their use of ICT. They should be comfortable working as part of a wider team, whilst also being able to focus on individual tasks when required. Previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage.
