We have an exciting opportunity for you to become an integral part of our dynamic cross-college Enrichment and Student Voice team.In this varied and crucial role, you'll provide vital support across a wide range of activities that enhance the student experience at the college across all campus locations. You'll play a key part in bringing our diverse enrichment programme to life, from helping to coordinate exciting events and activities like themed weeks, off-site trips, and clubs, to assisting with the practical setup and smooth running on the day.Your administrative skills will be essential as you manage student participation data, track engagement, and collect valuable feedback to measure the impact of our initiatives. You'll also be a champion for our students, actively promoting enrichment and student voice opportunities across our campuses.Crucially, you'll be instrumental in supporting our student voice and Student Union processes. This includes assisting with student representative elections, supporting student council and focus group events, and helping with training sessions for our student leaders. You'll be someone who is approachable and able to engage effectively with students and staff at all levels.We're looking for someone with:Proven experience in an administrative and/or outreach role, ideally within an educational or youth setting.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups.A proactive and adaptable approach, ready to support a variety of tasks and events across different campuses.If you're eager to contribute to a vibrant college community and help create unforgettable experiences for our students, we encourage you to apply!The post will be shortlisted against the essential and desirable criteria at application stage from the person specification.
