Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant Cardiologist with sub-specialty interest in Coronary Intervention at York Hospital.
A new, greater capacity Vascular Imaging Unit is due to open in Winter 2025 and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant Interventional Cardiologistto join our dedicated cardiology team at York Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing interventional service within a supportive and forward-thinking Trust.
• Provide expert care in interventional cardiology, including coronary angiography and PCI.
• Participate in the development and delivery of cardiology services across the Trust.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to clinical governance.
• Support junior medical staff and participate in teaching and training activities.
• Contribute to on-call rota and emergency cardiology services.
