We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic nurse to support our team on at Heathlands in Bracknell, where we pride ourselves in delivering excellent care and rehabilitation.

We are looking for a nurse who can think on their feet and tolerate working in a busy ward environment and know how to priorities their delivery of care, work as a part of the MTD and plan safe discharges of a very complex patient caseload of elderly patients.

This post is suitable for an experience band 5 nurse looking to learn more about rehabilitation patient's pathway. Newly qualified nurses will also be considered for the role.

The applicant will be required to work on the rota covering 7 day service with shifts being combination of long days and night shifts.
