Summary

As a Commercial Coordinator at MEP Hire, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Commercial Team and the wider business, leading initiatives that drive process improvements and deliver value – with a particular focus on CRM engagement and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of our CRM system as the divisional Super User
  • Deliver training and champion CRM adoption across the Sales Team
  • Improve CRM data quality through regular checks and engagement
  • Analyse CRM data to support targeted campaigns and sales strategies
  • Collaborate with other Vp divisions and Group IT to share best practice
  • Assist in compiling pricing reviews and strategic commercial initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a library of high-quality responses for client questionnaires
  • Support bid and tender preparations with accurate, timely submissions
  • Maintain and enhance key external commercial materials (e.g. price lists and forms)
  • Become the divisional Super User for Glenigan, identifying key project leads
  • Manage and update our subcontractor mapping to uncover new business opportunities
  • Collate and share project insights from contractors with the wider team
  • Assist in the development of online learning modules and internal training content
  • Support additional Commercial Team projects as and when required


What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – across all levels
  • Confident working independently, managing tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to multi-task
  • Comfortable driving change and suggesting process improvements
  • An organised and proactive approach to problem-solving
