Stock Donation Adminstrator

As a Stock Donation Administrator, you will play a key supporting role in the administration of managing stock donor accounts.
This position focuses on ensuring that donor data is up to date, processing offers of stock donations and liaising with the
logistics team to ensure timely collection. You will also compile reports, update contact history, and provide support to the team
in reaching out to potential new donors. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive environment, where you can

Key Responsibilities:

* Database Management & Stock Donations:
* Ensure the donor database is up-to-date with accurate information.
* Add new stock donation offers to the system and manage records efficiently.
* Liaise with the logistics team to ensure stock donations are collected promptly and accurately.
* Reporting & Administration:
* Compile and generate reports from the database for stock donors, summarizing key metrics.
* Maintain and update donor contact history to ensure smooth communication.
* Prepare KPI figures for monthly reports, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
* Provide data for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and environmental reporting.
* Supporting with distributing Duty of Care and donor thank you letters inline with key metrics.
* Communication & Support:
* Assist with chasing cold calls and following up with prospective stock donors via email and phone.
* Support account managers in ensuring stock donor websites are updated with Newlife content, logos, and relevant materials.
* Maintain and update labelling instructions for warehouse operations to ensure smooth processing of donations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Proficiency in IT (Word, Excel, Google sheets, Powerpoint) and the ability to use various software tools for data management,
reporting, and communication.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.
* A self-driven, team-oriented individual with a proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative.
* Eagerness to develop professionally within the role and progress within the department and organization.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality support for the team and donors.
