Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative to join our Warehouse team. This is a permanent position working Monday – Friday.
This is a full and varied role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your main duties will range from accepting and documenting deliveries, unloading and processing contract manufactured goods, and picking items for despatch to customer, alongside a range of administrative and data entry duties.
About you
The successful and ideal candidate…
Attention to detail, a logical and methodical application of skills.
Literacy and numeracy skills.
Knowledge of SAP preferable (Or willing to work towards)
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel preferable.
Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures.
Flexible in your approach to tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to work within a team is essential.
A good level of fitness is required to carry out the lifting and carrying involved in moving stock.
Previous experience of working in a similar warehousing environment is desirable.
Forklift Truck experience is desirable. (Or willing to work towards)
