Summary
Mobile Cleaning Operative required to work on a number of sites for the DFT contract (West Wales, North Wales, West Midlands). Company van included, full clean driving licence required. 40 hours a week - Mon - Fri. In your new role as a Mobile Cleaning Operative, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order while meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises, while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to complete all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work unsupervised and as part of a team, using your own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service while seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations. In order to be successful in this role, you will need have the ability to communicate and read basic English and have a flexible approach to the role. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
