Just Temps are looking for an Experienced Forklift Driver for our Client in Halstead
Hours: initially days then transferring to the late shift 3.30 - 11.30 pm Monday to Friday
£13.50 per hour to £14.00 per hour plus overtime.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, and load/unload materials within our warehouse. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations and ensuring the safe handling of goods.
Duties
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
Load and unload goods from lorries and containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
Maintain accurate records
Handle materials with care, adhering to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
Working within a Team.
Experience
Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within a warehouse setting is preferred, must have a valid Counterbalance license.
Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively.
