Our client, a well-established building contractor specialising in social housing, is seeking an experienced Multiskilled Plasterer to join their team for a long-term project in the Manchester area.
Multiskilled Plasterer Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out internal plastering works in tenanted social housing
• Undertaking responsive repairs and general maintenance
• Damp proofing
• Basic wall and floor tiling
• Minor joinery tasks
Multiskilled Plasterer Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar multiskilled trade role
• Must have own tools and vehicle
• Ability to work independently and within occupied properties
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
