Summary
Support Worker – Pontypridd
Pay: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour
Shifts: Between 07:00 and 20:00 (flexible hours available)
We are currently recruiting Support Workers on behalf of a supported living provider. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are committed to delivering quality care and helping people live independently.
Role Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will be supporting adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. You’ll assist with daily tasks and provide emotional and practical support tailored to each individual.
Main Duties:
Personal care and medication support
Assisting with meals and household tasks
Supporting individuals in accessing the community
Promoting independence and choice
Ensuring a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in a support or care role (at least 6 months)
A caring and dependable nature
Willingness to work flexible shifts between 07:00 and 20:00
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
