Summary
We are recruiting experienced and reliable Support Workers on behalf of a respected supported living provider in Merthyr Tydfil. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to individuals
Assist with personal care, medication, and daily routines
Encourage independence and involvement in community activities
Maintain clear and accurate records
Promote dignity, respect, and choice at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar care or support role (at least 6 months)
A compassionate and professional approach
Flexibility to work shifts between 07:00 and 20:00
An enhanced DBS (registered on the update service or willingness to apply)
What You’ll Receive:
Competitive hourly pay – £14-£15 p/h
Flexible working hours to suit your availability
Ongoing support from a dedicated agency team
Opportunities across a variety of supported living settings
