Job description:
Supervise front-of-house team members to ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously.
Plan and manage staff schedules and shift rotas to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
Train, support, and motivate team members to uphold high service standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing restaurant floor at all times.
Liaise effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate smooth, timely service and seamless operations.
Monitor inventory levels of front-of-house supplies and place orders as required to prevent shortages.
Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
