Summary
Production Operative – Afternoon Shift
Location: Yatton, BS49
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift Time: 2PM – 10PM, Monday to Friday
Attendance Bonus: Earn an extra £0.50 per hour after 4 weeks of full attendance

We’re currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast-paced and growing production team based in Yatton (BS49). This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in warehouse, factory, or production settings who are ready to take on a new challenge.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Operating a variety of production machinery, including crimping machines
Starting on one specific machine with full training provided, then progressing to multiple machines as your experience grows
Performing tasks that require manual handling and heavy lifting, so a good level of physical fitness is essential
Supporting production targets and working to high quality and safety standards
Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment where required
Following all health and safety guidelines and company procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working in a factory, production, or warehouse environment
Someone who is hands-on, reliable, and physically fit
Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and machinery
Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
Please note: Applicants with only general labouring experience will not be considered. Relevant industry experience is essential.
