Summary

We're looking for a Caretaker to join our Maintenance team based at Taverham High School in Norwich.



Location: Norwich.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week).



What will you be responsible for?

As a Caretaker, you'll be working within the facilities team, supporting them in repairs and maintenance across the site.

Your day to day will include:

-Reporting building maintenance issues through the Kier Helpdesk.

-Carrying out building fabric repairs, adjustments, maintenance, installations, and removals

-Unblocking toilets, changing light bulbs, changing locks and painting.

-Accepting deliveries and distributing parcels.



What are we looking for?

This role of Caretaker is great for you if:

-You are able to communicate effectively with clients and staff.

-You have previous experience of working in a caretaker/porter role desired but not essential.

-Strong DIY Skills
