Are you a highly experienced Deputy Manager who has a proven track record of successful deputy manager experience?

My client has a fantastic opportunity to join a highly rated Nursing home in the Paisley area. The home which is rated at 4’s & 5’s & has a fantastic home manager in place. It caters for the elderly & those living with dementia across 3 floors & is a mix of purpose built & historic buildings combined across circa 60 beds.
About you:
• Nurse with active PIN (essential)
• Experienced Deputy Manager with at least 2 years deputy manager experience
• Excellent clinical knowledge
• Passionate about care standards & motivational in leadership approach
• Great communication skills & CI knowledge!
