Summary
We are seeking a experienced and enthusiastic Venue Manager on a one month contract only to oversee the daily operations of our campsite from 28th July - 25th August. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest services and hospitality, ensuring that all campers have a memorable and enjoyable experience. This role requires excellent management skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the campsite, including staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure high standards of guest services are maintained at all times, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to provide a safe environment for all participants.
- Oversee the maintenance of camp facilities, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for guests.
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality management or guest services is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
Ability to work a minimum 6hrs a day, including weekends as required by camp schedule.
