Position: Permanent

⭐ Shift Pattern

Rotating 2-week system:

• AM Shift: Mon – Thurs 6:00am – 2:00pm, Fri 6:00am – 1:00pm

  
  

• PM Shift: Mon – Thurs 2:00pm – 10:00pm, Fri 1:00pm – 8:00pm

  
  Salary

  • AM Shift: £14.30 per hour

    
    

  • PM Shift: £14.90 per hour

    
    

  • Average annual salary: ~£29,600

    
    Role Overview

    Join our manufacturing filling department where you will:

    • Operate automated and semi-automated filling machinery

      
      

    • Set up machines and complete product changeovers

      
      

    • Run container washing equipment and filling lines

      
      

    • Manufacture lubricants using Siemens and SAP process control systems — involving mixing and blending

      
      

    • Operate counterbalance forklift trucks (a valid FLT certificate is not essential; previous experience is sufficient)

      
      

    • Collect samples for the Quality Control (QC) team

      
      

    • Carry out daily housekeeping checks

      
      

    • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

      
      ✅ What We’re Looking For

      • Flexible and reliable, with willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime

        
        

      • Previous experience operating machinery is important, ideally within a production or manufacturing environment

        
        

      • Suitable for someone with production-type experience, especially where mixing and blending processes are involved

        
        

      • Counterbalance forklift truck experience (an in-date external licence is advantageous but not required)

        
        

      • Strong team player with excellent communication skills

        
        

      • Proven, stable employment history (must be clearly detailed on your CV)
