Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / General Operative on behalf of our client, a well-established company based just outside of Melton Mowbray.
This role is ideal for candidates located in Melton, Grantham, or surrounding areas – own transport is essential due to the rural location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Packing items accurately and efficiently
• Manual handling of various goods (some heavy lifting involved)
• Loading and unloading vans
• General housekeeping duties within the warehouse
• Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential – full training provided
• Good level of physical fitness due to manual handling
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Own transport is essential
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Full-time, 40 hours per week
