Summary

Position: Buying Coordinator
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Number of hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill - 100% office based
Salary: £30k-£35k per annum (dependent on experience)

Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic company looking for a Buying Coordinator, to support Head Office functions in line with the company's growth. The Role:

You will be responsible for day-to-day duties to support the Buyer/Director.
Your roles and responsibilities will include:

. Manage the end-to-end administration and organisation of projects
. Coordinating and being the main liaison between departments for product
. Liaising with stakeholders on behalf of the Director
. Deputising in meetings on behalf of the Director and taking accurate notes
. Produce reports, presentations, spreadsheets and briefs
. Senior administration duties to support the Buyer/Director
. Occasional travel to supplier factories with/on behalf of the Buyer/Director
. Maintaining company deadlines

Skills/Attributes:

. Loyalty
. Previous experience of being a high-level administrator / assistant
. Discretion and confidentiality
. Excellent communication skills at all levels - both written and verbal is a must
. MS Office (including Excel) and English proficiency is a must
. Outstanding organisational and time management skills
. Accuracy, attention to detail
. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
