This role involves providing an efficient and effective administration service, which will include updating diary management, running and collating reports, taking minutes in meetings, and organising meetings with both internal & external stakeholders. You will also provide administrative support our department Directors and the wider Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Bids & Contracts teams.Our Administrative Assistant will possess strong communication, organisational, and computer skills, and have experience of working in an administrative role within a customer focused environment.
