Work base: Coed Pella/ Wise Working

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the newly formed Mental Wellness Team in Conwy. We work closely with partners, and other services to provide specialist support and interventions for people experiencing complex needs due to ongoing psychosocial stresses. The Team consists of social workers, an Occupational Therapist, intervention workers and support workers.

The Post Holder will be expected to:

Support with the day to day management of the teams.
Screening of referrals and management of WCCIS System in relation to this.
Management of complex decision making
Making and monitoring financial decisions
Chairing of multi-agency meeting
Contribute to team and service development
Partake in wider management responsibilities including partaking in adult safeguarding rota and management meeting rota.
