Type: Permanent | Full-Time & Part-Time

Salary: £ 25,642 per annum, pro rata) £13.15 per hour

*Sleep in enhancement - £61 per sleep

Additional Requirement: Full UK driving licence essential

We’re currently seeking male support workers in the Weymouth area to provide dedicated, one-to-one support to a young man in his own home. This is more than just a care role — it's about supporting someone to live life to the fullest, doing the things they love.


About the Person You’ll Be Supporting

He is an energetic and sociable young man who thrives on staying active and being outdoors. He has a real passion for:


  • Football – whether it’s playing, watching, or chatting about the game
  • Gardening – especially getting hands-on with plants and outdoor projects
  • Sailing & Water Activities – enjoying the freedom and excitement of the sea
  • Walking – from coastal strolls to countryside adventures


He benefits from a consistent and calm approach, particularly from those with experience supporting people with learning disabilities and those who may occasionally display anxious behaviour.


We’re looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, empathetic, and ready to help create meaningful, engaging experiences every day.


Shifts Include:


  • Morning and afternoon shifts
  • Sleep-ins (with additional payment)
  • Weekend work on a rota basis
