Summary

Assist in the operation, monitoring, and support of facility systems including heating, cooling, power supply, generators, electrical distribution, and non-critical mechanical systems. Responsibilities include maintenance, inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, and supporting senior technicians.
Main Duties:
-Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of systems
-Troubleshooting and emergency repairs
-Inspections, analysis, and improvement planning
-Installation, decommissioning, and power bonding of equipment
-Equipment cleaning, tool calibration, and maintenance documentation updates
-Support vendor management, performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance
-Emergency response and facility housekeeping
Requirements:
-1+ year experience in data centers/critical environments
-Technically proficient in fault diagnostics and system troubleshooting
-Knowledge of meters, sensors, and standard tools
-Good communication and computer skills
-Qualification in building services engineering (City & Guilds, 18th Edition IEE)
-Knowledge of UPS, generators, HVAC, refrigeration, and CAFM systems
