Summary
To assist the Site Manager with the responsibility for the security, lighting, heating and cleaning of the premises and its contents, and supervision of cleaning staff.
- Security of the premises and its contents, including the operation of fire and burglar alarms and keyholder responsibilities.
- Lighting, heating and cleaning of premises including maintenance and operation of plant
- Porterage and handyperson duties.
- Supervision of staff which may encompass normal
administrative processes, as directed by the Site Manager
- Cleaning
- Other duties arising from the use of the premises.
