How you will contribute
The Business Applications Manager has responsibility for the day-to-day functioning, security, ongoing enhancement and adoption of Cloud21’s Business Applications including the CRM (Salesforce), Professional Services Automation software (Kantata and Workday). You work with end users and stakeholders through various phases of the system development life cycle to ensure the well-being of the Business Applications including software upgrades, change requests, requirements definition and ongoing system optimisation. You ensure the systems are continually adapting with the business and providing useful analytics data to help drive understanding and growth of our operations.
In this role, you are recognised as skilled and proficient in your discipline, conducting complex work and contributing to measurable team and organisational objectives. You work with minimal supervision and scope for independent judgement, assisting less experienced team members as needed.
