Summary
Conduct prompt multi‑agency assessments of referrals to determine safeguarding risk and intervention thresholds.
Manage a legal caseload, delivering targeted statutory interventions and family support.
Prepare comprehensive reports and plans for child protection conferences, court appearances, and panel reviews.
Collaborate with police, health, education, and other partners to create and implement intervention plans.
Apply statutory frameworks (e.g. Children Act 1989, Working Together 2018) and escalate concerns as needed.
Maintain accurate case records and adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
