Summary

We are looking for calm, resourceful, and energetic individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking, and keen to support people with learning disabilities in a proactive and holistic manner. You will have well-honed skills in positive communication and engagement, and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for our all our service users. You will support people to maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically and emotionally. You will (alongside members of the person’s circle of support) empower individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals. You will be caring for adults with learning disabilities living in supported housing; to enable them to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life, to participate in the community and to develop their abilities as fully as possible.
